Computerized Exam Booking

Service Description

Faculty and staff can book the computer labs in Discovery Commons to use for computerized exams. See the Links section for the link to a list of existing software in our labs.

If the specific software required for the exam is not found on the list above, you can make a request to have one of our technicians install the software onto each computer. You are responsible for testing the software prior to the exam. There are charges for installing the software and charges to “reimage” the computers back to its original state after the exam.

If you need technical support during your exam, you must make this request in writing and at least several weeks in advance to ensure that there is a technician available. A signed Letter of Understanding (LOU) is required for this service.
