On Demand Computing Support

Discovery Commons provides clients with on-demand IT service and support in a timely and cost-effective manner. Service is provided by trained technicians, specializing in software and hardware installations, virus removal, upgrades and other IT issues.

To receive computing support, please contact the Discovery Commons Service Desk. A help desk ticket will be opened for your request and a technician will be assigned. Individual service is provided on a first come first served basis. Service requests can be made by phone, by email or in person at the Service Desk.

Available To:  Administrators, Educators, Researchers, Students

Pricing:  DC standard rate: $75/hour. There is a minimum charge of $35 for service calls under 30 minutes.
