Test Scanning and Scoring

Discovery Commons provides optical scan forms and electronic marking for multiple choice exams. Scantron and Master Key sheets are available free of charge and can be picked up at the Discovery Commons Service Desk. After the test has been administered, Educators can return the forms to Discovery Commons where our team will scan and mark the exam.  Test scores cannot be sent by email and must be picked up in person. If an Educator would like to have an electronic copy of the test scores, they are encouraged to bring in a USB key or CD when they drop off the completed score sheets for marking. Processing time for test scores is 2-3 business days.

Pricing: Minimum $45.00 per exam, plus $0.15/ sheet with additional costs related to the number of students, subtests and other services.
