AV in the UME Meeting Rooms - Advanced

This session for UME staff builds on the skills learned in the basic workshop to provide further understanding of the technology and how to use it, an overview of the role of the moderator in a videoconference, and an introduction to troubleshooting basics—what to do when something goes wrong. Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on time, including troubleshooting a problem, and will participate in a videoconference with participants in all three rooms.
