. About the project: WebCV is a Faculty of Medicine-wide undertaking. The aim is to revolutionize how you currently organize your professional, research, teaching, administrative, and service activities. We do this by helping you enter all your relevant information once, into one location. You gain the ability to generate multiple reports (CV, Annual Activity Report and Teaching Dossier) that comply with Faculty of Medicine standards, required on a regular basis, at the click of a button. Advanced Users: If you have already had a training session, but have follow up questions, please do not hesitate to submit a help request ticket. This ticket will be received and processed for a quick response. Our help desk is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We also recommend using the following support documents to help guide you through using the system. Each document performs a different function, so please let the Description of each document guide you through its use. | | | | Support Resources: | Description of Resource: | User Guide | A PDF document that details the standard operations and functions (for example, how to bulk edit, hide/show grid columns, generate reports) of the WebCV system. | WebCV Menu | This quick reference tool is a visual depiction of the main headings and pages included in the WebCV Interface. Beside each record is a comment bubble that informs the user where in WebCV this data should be entered in order for it to generate the same way on the report. |
