The goal of the Information Risk Management Program (IRMP) is to ensure that risks to the Faculty and the University, arising from mis-handling or mis-identification of information, are managed as an integral component of information solutions throughout their lifecycle, and in full accordance with the policies and guidelines of the University.

ONE Mail Direct is an email service run by eHealth Ontario designed specifically to allow Ontario health care providers and learners to send personal health information (PHI) securely between registered users. Discovery Commons coordinates the creation of ONE Mail Direct accounts for medical students and residents.

UTmail+ is the student email and calendar service at the University of Toronto. The service is powered by Microsoft’s platform and supports integrated email, calendaring, contacts and task lists.
