How do I make changes to the PDF of a candidate's New Appointment application form?
If the Appointment Application Form PDF needs revision, it can be edited and regenerated as follows:
- On the template on the yellow folder, edit the fields as needed and click "save".
- Right mouse click on the purple Appointment Status template:
- Select Start Business Process
- Show all business processes
- Beside “Appointments – Re-create Application Form – Clinical (or NonClinical)”, click the [Start] button.
The existing appointment application form PDF will be overwritten.
