U of T is enhancing the cyber security protections of your University account through a new service called UTORMFA. "MFA" stands for multi-factor authentication - when you access University systems from non trusted networks (e.g. outside of UofT), UTORMFA will send an approval request to you after your UTORid and password are entered. This service is in the early adopter phase, and once rolled out is expected to be available for all U of T faculty, researchers, librarians and staff.
