AV in the UME Meeting Rooms - Basics

This session for UME staff provides an overview of the 3 videoconference-equipped meeting rooms available to UME staff: 3174, 3175 and 2317. Participants will learn about the audio-visual equipment in each room and basic operations, such as how to connect a laptop, use the control panels, and adjust the audio. Participants will have the opportunity for some hands-on time, and will learn about best practices and guidelines for videoconferencing during a videoconference with participants in all three rooms.
