AV Installations & Upgrades
We design and install custom AV solutions for classrooms, conference rooms, meeting spaces, and specialized teaching environments. Our team works closely with Facilities and stakeholders to ensure reliable, future-ready systems.
Live Streaming & Hybrid Events
We offer professional live streaming and support for hybrid events, ensuring seamless delivery across in-person and remote audiences. Whether it's a faculty town hall, academic lecture, or special event, we manage the tech so you can focus on content.
Lecture Capture & In-Room Support
Our team supports day-to-day teaching activities with scheduled lecture recording, live Zoom integration, and onsite troubleshooting. We ensure instructors have the tools they need to teach effectively in any room.
Video Production
We provide full video production services—including filming, editing, and post-production—for educational modules, promotional content, interviews, and more. We also operate a podcast and media studio at 777 Bay.

eLearning Production
MedIT develops interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline. We work closely with faculty and staff to translate academic content into engaging, accessible online learning experiences. Our team supports everything from instructional design to multimedia integration.
