Meeting Room Booking

NOTE: As of January 1, 2025, MedIT will not be accepting any new room reservation requests for 3173, 3174, 3175, 3281 and 3287.

Depending on the room, we are able to provide audio-visual and teleconferencing equipment for meetings, as well as laptops with internet access, or videoconferencing. The following rooms are available for booking:

MSB 3174 (20 seats)

Advance booking is required to use these facilities. Please note that we reserve the right to assign priority to certain programs or types of use, and also the right to re-assign rooms at any time. If we do need to re-assign a room, we will provide as much advance notice as possible, and will make every effort to re-locate your booking in an acceptable alternate location (though we cannot guarantee this). Meeting rooms can be booked for weekday usage between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Please ask us about after-hours arrangements.

Service Charges

Yes; no charge for Temerty Faculty of Medicine Staff, Students and Faculty for space and equipment usage. Charges will apply if reserved by non-Temerty Medicine UofT offices or departments, or if MedIT support staff is required outside of normal business hours.

Pricing

No charge for Temerty Faculty of Medicine Staff, Students and Faculty for meeting room usage. Meeting Room booking for non-Temerty Medicine clients is $100/room/hour. A quotation will be provided in the form of a Letter of Understanding (LOU) Teleconference long-distance charges will be recovered from the client department.
