AV Installations & Upgrades

Faculty and staff looking to install or upgrade AV equipment in classrooms, meeting rooms, event spaces, or other departmental areas outside the scope of the AV Refresh initiative must contact MedIT before proceeding. Our team will work with you to assess your needs, recommend technology that aligns with university standards, and provide guidance on both new installations and integrating with existing systems.

MedIT also offers project management services, including coordination with selected AV vendors and any other internal or external partners involved in the project.

Please note that AV projects often require significant planning and lead time. To ensure smooth execution, we recommend reaching out to MedIT at least six months before your desired project start date.

MedIT is currently developing a strategic roadmap, expected to be finalized by year-end, to guide a comprehensive refresh of AV technology across classrooms, conference rooms, and departmental spaces within Temerty Medicine. As part of this initiative, we have completed a review of all spaces and are working in close collaboration with Facilities Management & Space Planning to prioritize upgrades in high-use areas.
