Faculty and staff who would like to purchase and install technology in classrooms, conference rooms, event sites, or other departmental spaces, can contact MedIT to request a consultation. Our staff evaluates the latest equipment appropriate for university environments, and can assist with both new installations and the integration of new or replacement technology into existing configurations.
MedIT will provide Project Management assistance with the selected AV vendor and project coordination with other departments or vendors involved in the project if required.
Because work of this type requires significant lead time, you are strongly encouraged to consult with us at least six months in advance of when the work needs to be done.
