The Temerty Faculty of Medicine is using the University of Toronto's instance of Office 365 for faculty and staff. Office 365 has a number of applications that can be used either on or off campus, including:

Calendar
OneDrive for file storage and sharing
Microsoft Teams for audio and video conferencing and collaboration
